- You have to pay Council Tax. BUT because you can only occupy your lodger for 11 months, you do not pay the Second Home Council Tax Premium. You only pay for 11 months.
- The lodge is for holiday use only every 11 months of the year (closed January). You are not permitted to rent out your lodge.
