Set in a Stunning Location

If you are looking for an exclusive and tranquil holiday home on the mid-Wales coast then look no further than Aberdovey Lodge Park.

About Aberdovey Lodge Park

Aberdovey Lodge Park offers a range of holiday home opportunities in a breathtaking eight acres, so that you can make the most of your time away from the hurly burly of a hectic work life or a busy home.

As we are family owned and run, we can provide a personal service to all of our owners. All of the lodges and chalets on our site are owner-occupied – so we do not have tents, caravans, motorhomes or tourers. You can be sure of peace and quiet whenever you come to stay at your holiday home.

Owning your own holiday home could mean relaxing breaks with family and friends to enjoy the serenity of our surroundings at the park. Or you could travel further afield to make the most of the opportunities offered by our locality; excellent beaches, superb fishing, stunning coastal walks, magnificent mountains, exhilarating water sports – the choice is yours.

However you wish to spend your holiday we would like your Aberdovey Lodge Park home to be a special part of it.

Our Location

Aberdovey Lodge Park is beautifully placed on the A493 coastal road, overlooking the River Dovey (Dyfi) Estuary and just three miles from the charming, unspoilt seaside village of Aberdovey (Aberdyfi). A village as vibrant today with the noise and colours of summer as it was in the Victorian era when ship building and commerce were in abundance.

The village offers cafes, restaurants and bars in addition to a busy annual programme of events organised by this thriving community which includes the local yacht club and a championship golf course. Aberdovey Lodge Park is an important part of this busy community, yet it maintains a feeling of being away from it all.

Aberdovey Lodge Park is attractively landscaped and provides peace and tranquillity in abundance – there really is no better place to escape to. We are just across the road from Frongoch boat yard where you can access a small, picturesque beach that is especially wonderful at low tide.

For those wishing to explore a bit further afield, the park is at the southern end of the stunning Snowdonia National Park. It is also within the lesser known Dyfi Biosphere. This area around the River Dyfi has been recognised by UNESCO as a special place to live, work and visit – and special for its people, culture and outstanding environment. The area hosts some of the finest examples of exceptional landscapes and wildlife areas in Europe – and has a community proven to care about this unique place.

Aberdovey Lodge Park is just a stone’s throw from the beautiful sandy beaches of our coastal region where you can find every sort of water activity that requires a boat, sails, surfboard or kite. There is also golf, fishing (freshwater and sea), miles and miles of wonderful walking, climbing, quad biking, bird watching, horse riding and pony trekking. For the less adventurous and young at heart there is world class sand castle building, rock pooling or crabbing from the jetty!
